    Thanks for the powerful video. I walk at least 2 miles every day. I began walking after my second child was born and because I had constant pain on my legs. It is 2 years now, the pain has stopped by I have not stopped walking.

    Hi, I love the short workouts but am having a problem with motivation. Any suggestions to get me off the couch. I’m 56, 5’5″, 125lbs and have a belly that is getting more flabby every day. Overall I am healthy and want to stay that way. Love that you have all different lengths and types of workouts.
