    HI Jessica,

    I just found your website today while I was googling Yoga, Barre and Pilates work outs. My question is….I like to sweat for a workout and I am use to doing HIIT, cardio, strength training, etc, but my body cant handle those types of work outs anymore and I was looking to start with one of the exercises I mentioned above.
    Do you think Yoga, Barre or Pilates is a place to start for low impact, but wanting to tone? I also want to keep up with the cardio and light weights. I planned on trying your Barre routines tomorrow morning.

    Hi Jessica

    all the way from Romania…I just love your work out DVDs which I have at home and recently I came out into your online work out videos which, again, are fantastic. I have days in which I am waking up and tell to myself: I need Jessica…and Jessi it is for like up to 2 h.

    I have a question if you don’t mind. I found your Walking Exercise – Indoor Jogging – Full 40 Minute Fat Burning Cardio Home Workout online, which is a great cardio workout, and was wondering if there is a DVD as well because I would like to buy it and added to my workout DVDs. I also want to watch it on my TV-DVD player rather than on my little laptop.

Thanks so much for moving with us all the way from Romania 🙂 To answer your question, while our YouTube videos vary from our offerings on DVD we do have some similar programs you may enjoy. We created this DVD flowchart to help you find the best fit for your needs, and you can also watch preview clips of the programs here too. Hope that helps!

    Hi Jessica.

    I’ve quickly become a fan of yours over the last year or so. I’m a 45-year-old (46 next Monday!!) avid exerciser and, for some reason I keep coming back to your workouts, not only on active rest days, but also whenever I’m looking for some high intensity, low impact kind of activity.

    Like another reader before, I’d like to see some kettlebell workouts created by you, as I’m sure they’d be awesome. I too need to keep my back strong, particularly after suffering an accident which kept me a year off work and took me into the operating theatre for open Bankart surgery about 2 years ago. Kettlebells have really helped me in the healing process, but good workouts are few and far between, or that’s my perception at least.

    I’ve got another small gripe: your DVDs, available from, can’t be sent to Spain (where I live). I’ve tried your downloads on Purple platform, but it’s a bit cumbersome and they do not always work properly (Build Muscle and Boost Metabolism is an awesome workout, by the way). I wish I could get all your workouts in DVD format, though, as I find that so much more convenient, having as I do an “All Regions” DVD player. Is there a way they can be purchased directly from your website?

      Hi Nuria! Thanks so much for writing – we’re so glad you are a part of our community 🙂 To answer your question, we are only able to offer DVDs within the US and Canada at this time. We’d love to help you out with the downloads if you are having issues [once they are downloaded you should be able to play them without issue as most trouble comes in streaming via Wifi]. Our tech support team is wonderful and are always available to assist you with troubleshooting to make sure you can get them up and running properly at all times.     Hi Jessica

    I love your work outs i been using them for years. I post them all the time so my friends can get hooked. I love how you educate and work out smart.

    I would love to see some kettle bell workouts. My PT wants me to start doing some to strengthen my back. I am 55 and work at a hospital and have hurt my back many time lifting heavy pt. I am only 5 feet and 110 lbs..

    Anyway I add your routines to my recovery a couple of time, thank you so much for good information not crazy work outs.
