This efficient and effective workout targets your entire body in just 35 minutes (warm up and cool down included)! Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Equipment: Two sets of dumbbells – one heavy and one light (I’m using 10 lbs and 20 lbs, will vary with your fitness level)
