4 Easy Ways to Modify a Push Up If You Can’t Do One Yet

    Thank you for sharing these variations! I have read somewhere that doing modified pushups on the knees won’t help you strengthen up for a full body pushup on your hands, so I was thinking of looking for other ways to modify pushups until I’m strong enough to do the full one. PS: Love your dog coming up to you while you’re working out. 🙂
