Need some help getting your morning workout going? These 5 first-thing, no equipment needed FREE workouts may be just what you need to stick with an AM exercise routine!

#1: 1-Mile Power Walk

Wake up and walk to get your engine revved and ready for the day with this brisk, indoor power mile.

#2: 20-Minute Rise and Shine Workout

Exercise in the morning safely and effectively with this gently progressive bodyweight only session in a calm, serene setting to help energize and wake up your body first thing in the A.M.

#3: 20-Minute Dynamic Stretch

Get your day started with this fluid flexibility work that will keep you moving (no boring long poses here) that’s gentle enough to be done without a prior warm up or workout.

#4: 40-Minute Yoga for Back Pain Relief and Prevention

Do you sit at a desk all day? This 40-minute routine is a must before a long day at the office glued to your chair! Get centered, turn on your core muscles and stretch out your spine with this focused flow.

#5: 60-Minute Pilates and Yoga Fusion Flow

Have a little more time for a full hour long session? Try this 60-minute flow that fuses together elements of Pilates, yoga and dance to target key core muscles at a gentle cardio pace. Most of the workout includes standing postures and poses and then works down to the floor for the last 15 minutes of the routine, ending with a final relaxation to wind down the workout. Don’t be fooled — while it may not feel too hard while you do it, this is one sneaky workout!

    I LOVE all of Jessica’s workouts! I have every DVD that is still available. My only request would be for more Yoga DVD’s. Glad I just saw these are available online. I recently cancelled my gym membership because I love my Jessica DVD’s so much more!

    wow I’m so grateful for this video.When i met this video today i couldn’t stop.It was like let me stay the whole day exercising.i was so excited for discovering what have taking away my excuses off me .I like dancing and the melody behind the video made me go crazy with it.Thank you once more for sharing God bless your heart.
