    Thanks so much for the amazing variety of YouTube workouts that keep me up and moving! My suggestion for Subscriber Appreciation Week would be a 30-45 min walking-based fun video with maximum step count for those of us addicted to Fitbit, et. al. Even a 60-min version would be wonderful!

    Thanks so much for Spring Ahead, I’ve done it every day! I really love your Yoga for Weight Loss. It got me thinking what if you had a Cardio Pilates Plus. It would encompass Pilates moves at a faster pace while utilizing light weights (2-3 lb). This way you’d get, cardio, elongate and strengthen the muscles in one shot and I’d love the workout to be 45-60 minutes. On another note one of my 2 year old twin girls loves your shoes in the Barre dvd and wants me to get some and your pink top. We all love pink! Hope you and your family have a great Easter weekend.
