Level: Intermediate to Advanced (adjust your weight to make it more or less intense)

Equipment: Two sets of dumbbells – one lighter and one heavier set of dumbbells (3-25 lbs, depending on level) (I’m using 10 lbs and 15 lbs); a high step (optional, this workout can also be done without a step) and a small playground ball or bunched up towel.

Intensity: Moderate to High

    wow! I did this on Thursday and I’m still feeling it Friday night. I almost quit after two reps, but instead I dropped the weight and finished it. Great workout! Thank you.

    Hi Jessica!

    I have cellulite problem in my legs, specifically thighs. I tried to this workout, but as I have a knee problem, soon after the workout I felt pain in my knees. Can you upload a video for such people who wish to fight cellulite problem without affecting their knees.
