Wow! This was amazing! I had to stop gymnastics recently due to plantar fasciitis, anterior/posterior shin splints osgood-schlatters, etc.etc. and this workout was perfect! I’v actually been considering going into dance but I’m not allowed to stand on my toes. 🙁 Still this was awesome! Keep up the good work!

Thank you!! Loved this one. I mean my thighs were pretty angry about the whole thing but really enjoyed it overall. I’m nursing running injuries and grateful to have found this low-impact alternative that still feels like a real workout. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed this one! The classical soundtrack was different and fun. I appreciate the variety of workouts on your channel. It makes it easy to stay motivated to exercise every day.
