    I have suffered from abdominal nerve pain for the last 10 years due to a botched gall bladder surgery. I have not been able to exercise due to the pain however it has now been fixed! Found you on you tube and I am hooked. It doesn’t seem like a work out at all! Love your videos and am hoping I can lose the extra 40 pounds I gained over the years! I wake up dancing now in the morning! Thank you.

    Looking forward to this. I returned to exercise a year ago trying to increase strength, improve flexibility and lose some weight. I have thyroid disease and was unable to lose any weight and suffer with joint and muscle pain. I’ve bought your dvd and work out with your videos and have been able to lose 16 lbs going from obese to now overweight. My goal is to stay consistent with exercise, try new workouts and lose 10 more lbs which will put me in the normal weight range for my age and height.

    Just ordered your 4-DVD set from Amazon and looking forward to doing the 14-day challenge! I have 8-10 lbs to lose that started coming on after a trip to Disney World two years ago. We’re going back at the end of February, so it’s go time!! I’m only 5’1″, so anymore weight and I’m going to need new clothes, and I refuse! 🙂

    Yes!! I am in… I am a teacher and love to do some short workouts during my lunch, so this is perfect…. especially during these cold winter months.     I’m 64 years old and joined my local gym this past fall. I have been diligently working out at the gym 3-4 times a week, but also like working out at home. I have several of your DVD’s and I workout with you via YouTube.

    I am very excited to add FIT in 15 to my current fitness plan! I want to weigh 135 lbs (down from 182) with 35% body fat (down from 45%) by September 2015.

    I started watching your videos last week (can’t remember how I came across them). I LOVE that I’m able to do so many of them at home and with very little or no equipment!!! You are an escape from my hectic life and when I usually just want to go home and do nothing, now I want to go home and work out. I’m excited about trying out a challenge!

    Hi Jessica,

    I am not able to access the fitin videos. They display the video is for private viewing. I have checked them on two computers, so I do not think the problem is with the safety settings on the computer.

    I really enjoy your workouts and was looking forward to them.

    I am in. I want to lose weight and tone up. Over the last year I have made lots of changes. I have quit smoking, lost 10 kilos, cut out caffeine, increased my consumption of fruit and vege and reduced the amount of processed food I eat. I need to lose at least another 10 kilos.

    Hi Jessica! I have been sick FOR OVER 2 Years now! Doctors still up in air on what it is but most pointing to Thyroid I am hypo and hyper on ANY GIVEN DAY and I am ALWAYS losing/gaining losing hair no eneregy… I have Lots Gi Issues too but I ALWAYS did kickboxing, wt lifting etc… then when I became ill 2 years ago thinking was flare ups from “other conditions I had) thought o.k. will take easy but that was Dec 2012 Now here we are Jan 2015… no better~ no energy I WANT MY LIFE BAKE, KICK MY RARE IN GEAR AGAIN!! HELP!! I Know I Can do it… If pushed Enough and have ppl to motivate and hold accountable with me… I need to remember to start out slow though I know my body will not be able to be where I was at 2 years ago ( i am only 4′ 10” tall I weighed THEN 90 lbs ALL MUSCLE only 13-15% body fat and was 39 ) I am Now Same height 41 1/2 yrs old and I weigh anywhere from 83-88 lbs ALL FLAB~ NO MUSCLE FEEL GROSS and skin hanging where I NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE!! SO I would Like To Gain HEALTH, STRENGTH , LOSE INCHES AND TIGHTEN AND TONE WITHOUT GAINING TOO MUCH MORE WEIGHT . I AM SHORT AND ALOT ON MY SMALL FRAME IS UGLY!! ANYWAYS i AM HOPING YOU CAN HELP!! THANKS! HOPE I DIDN’T SCARE YOU AWAY WITH LONG COMMENT!! 😉

    Thank you for this challenge. I was supposed to lose 4 pounds by Jan. 5th – but somehow I’m up 3 pounds so far! Argh!!! Your challenge is just what I needed and am really looking forward to the new workouts. It is hard to find videos slanted for women who are neither Amazons or pansies – yours fit what I need so well.

    I am in! I workout faithfully 5-6x a week however the rest of my day involves sitting. I want to incorporate more activity into my day and would like to start with your 15 min. first thing In the morning. I love peanut! I have two of my own and they love to workout with me especially when I am doing floor work. They like to add some additional weight to make my abs really feel the burn! They also love to give me kisses for encouragement when I am in downward dog!

    Jessica, I love all of your workouts! This is going to be so exciting, thank you so much for your excellent videos. I’m 56 and our son is getting married in June 2015. My goal is to lose the last 30 pounds and be as fit as possible for the wedding and for the rest of my life. I love that I can come to your channel at any time and be motivated with you as my workout partner.       I am so sorry for your pain. May 22nd I lost my sweet alpha Sirius Biscuit. There are few things as difficult as trying to walk the balance between giving as much quality time possible and minimizing their discomfort and pain. Let’s generate as many good exercise endorphins as possible.

    I am so excited. I always get better, faster results with a challenge and lots of positive motivation. I love your workouts and have done several over the last few months. After talking to my doc she wants me to get below 200 lbs this year. That gives me 30 to lose by December. It can be done and my journey begins Monday. Can’t wait, feeling pumped. 🙂
