    I’m a bit scared of potassium since I have a kidney transplant and I must never have a lot of potassium which can increase my creatinine levels. I try and have 2 bananas a week, 1 avocado a week and sometimes some potatoes. Potassium is in everything really so can you tell me the other high potassium foods so I am aware.

      Hi Patricia! Because of your health condition it’s best that you discuss this with your doctor. They can best advise you on what is appropriate for your daily intake and the best sources for your body 🙂

    Thank you Jessica, I love so much bananas and that’s part of my new year resolutions : an apple and a banana by day. And plenty of happiness with Peanut and my so precious Jessica’s daily workout !
