    I own many of your dvd workouts and have done almost every one of your online you tube workouts. Do you have any more current workouts or any new dvd’s Coming out soon? Thank you.

You can find all of our DVDs [including our newest releases] here on Amazon, and we have brand new workouts airing on our channel every month to add to the library of 450+ videos currently available.     Hello there,

    I came across your videos in youtube. I must say that I truly enjoy them. I began the fall back into challenge but there are only 5 days of videos posted. Where or how can i rest of the series.

    Just read one of the other comments, and I’m exactly in the same boat… started the walk dvd…and then found many others on you tube, so now, enjoying the weight training as well. I’m 51 also, and after always being thin and not really having to try, menopause has been an eye opener. Trying to lose that belly fat and really tone up. I’m already starting to notice a difference…love the variety!!

    hi there~
    im new to Jessica’s work outs. I purchased a few of her “walk” cd’s and started with them and now I’ve also been doing her workouts/ with weights that I discovered.
    I just wanted her to know that i truly love her work outs, they are perfect for me and I’m shaping up , feeling good and looking great at my ripened age of 51.
    I’ve always worked out my entire life, but slowed down in the past 2 years
    im so glad I stumbled upon her videos.
