I loved this! It was difficult but not as difficult (impossibly difficult I’d say) as some of the Insanity workouts I’ve tried. There’s nothing fun about being completely gassed 5 minutes into a workout!

This seems very “balance challenging”, I can already see myself falling all over the place! And that’s why I’m gonna do it tonight, I really need to improve that. Since I’ve started paying attention to it, and listening to Jessica’s advice, I’ve understood how abs and knees play a key role in that, so thank you Jessica for giving such good notes, they’re much needed (at least for me). I’ll soon add to my collection the last DVD and I can’t wait to try the extra works for feet, ankles and knees, I think that’s going to help a lot.

    Go Jessica! Love from Paris,

    Ale

This was an awesome workout! Definitely not for sissies. And don’t be fooled that it is “low impact.” My heart rate was up there and my muscles were hollering! Thank you Jessica, you are very talented. The best part – you are not obnoxious and annoying like some of the other fitness “experts” who shall remain nameless because why give them more publicity?
