This workout features a mix of Pilates, barre and ballet inspired moves designed to help you burn calories while you sculpt the muscles in your arms, shoulders, upper back, abs, waist, back, hips, thighs, quadriceps, glutes, butt, calves, core and more.
Equipment: 1 set of light dumbbells (I’m using 3 lbs)
Intensity: Low to Moderate, Low Impact
