    Done as part of the Fit in 15 Challenge! Still need to do my HIIT Walk and not sure my legs will handle it! Already dreading tomorrow’s Fit in 15 lower bod workout since I did this, a 13 minute mile and the 24 minute lower body barre routine! Should’ve thought before I acted! But, I”ll get thru it! Thanks Jessica!

    Hi, Jessica! I found your videos on YouTube. I tried the barre workout and loved it. I am so happy that I found your site via YouTube. I have done kickboxing and cardio bootcamp. I love Peanut, as well. She makes me smile! Thank you for having these free videos available for us. I love your enthusiasm! You have made working out fun again! I can choose a video for whatever I am in the mood for that day, and I am not stuck with one dvd over and over again! Thank You..:)

    OK! After today’s barre cardio and abs, buns & thighs I just hope I will be able to walk tomorrow! Already feeling it in my legs! Great new workout! I always look forward to the new workouts each week! Thanks for all you do!
