    Whew! Once was enough for me today! I felt the seated running abs in my abs! I did find it a little tough on my knees too, but overall it was awesome! I want to be able to build up to doing it more than once! Thanks Jessica! I’m always happy to try new and different ways to work my abs and this gave me a few new moves! Love to Peanut!

    Hi Jessica,

    This was tough, a little rough on my knees!! I did the new workout yesterday for bad knees and thought it was great. I am actually sore today 🙂

    Jessica the last move on the 13 min ultimate belly fat burner ( the running abs) I really feel that in my hip flexors, more so than in my abs. What can I do differently? Thanks, Melody
