Thanks Jessica!! I’m so excited! I’m doing the Lose Your Love Handles Week Challenge and I am a day late with this one, but I did it! I did my first ever side plank with my feet stacked! I had to stay on my elbow, but this was new for me! I always did side planks with my knee down! I also did a full reverse plank. I have to say I am impressed with myself and it goes to show you that keeping at it leads to real results and I don’t mean a leaner, thinner body, but real strength! Glad Sassy was napping during this one. She usually helps me with my planks by putting her back up under my chin!! I did it all by myself today! wooHoo!

I ride horses and my back has been hurting me during my rides. Would love a core workout and stretch to strengthen my back. Many thanks, Kelly

This was a real challenge for me!!! I think with some practice (and patience!) I just might be able to keep up and complete all the moves and reps with decent form. I do feel myself getting stronger each day thanks to you. So glad I landed on your website, thank you for your dedication and enthusiasm and creativity.

Hi Jessica,
Loved the plank challenge!
Would you say combining your fall challenge with this plank session four days a week as well will help tone up my tum within a month?
Also wondering if you have any videos to strengthen the muscles we use at our desk i.e. neck and upper back as I am getting quite a bit of pain whilst working and studying through upper back and neck and was recommended some exercises- maybe a posture based workout would be awesome!
Thank you
Laura
