Grab some weights and get ready for a workout that is way more than a 2-for-1 special! These moves work multiple muscle groups and keep your heart rate up for a workout that not only sculpts your body but slims it too.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells (one heavy, one light, 3-20 lbs, depending on level)

    I find your workouts amazing! Great videos! My favorite is the one with the High Step.

    Just one recommendation from one trainer to another. Limit unnecessary distractions for your watchers. Your dog is adorable, but very distracting. People want to watch you and your excersice not your dog playing with his bone. I say this with all kindness. Have a terrific day and keep up the great videos!

    Great workout!!! im really sweating a lot after this one. I can feel my weekend not so good food choices leaving my body. LOL

    I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I LOVE the bridge with chest combos. I feel like I get to rest, because I’m on the ground, but I get to work almost every muscle. Ingenious! AND, I love the all over toning of my body because it makes me feel strong, sleek, and like I can take on anything. Happy Valentine’s Week to all!

    Awesome workout! Mother Nature came to visit so this is the kind of workout I needed, not too intense, just right.
    I โ™ฅ my body because of all the stamina it has now! Months ago I could not do any kind of workout during my period, now I can do workouts l like this one and I feel great! I โ™ฅ my body because it’s stronger and firmer. I โ™ฅ my body because it looks pretty darn good and because it feels pretty darn awesome! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Wearing my power red tank (for Valentine’s Day), I was still feeling yesterday’s workout until I completed this 2-in-1 Toning Workout. Now I’m feeling stronger, my muscles are more relaxed & looser (if that makes any sense).
    I love the resilience of my body. Making my way back from a couple of relatively moderate health issues, I now deeply appreciate my body’s ability to get out of bed without dizziness, anticipating an active day. I also have a greater empathy for those dealing with health issues and setback, whether temporary, chronic or serious. I’m grateful that I can continually challenge my body’s fitness as well as increase it’s strength, flexibility and stamina.
    And I’m glad I have some coordination so I don’t ‘face-plant’ on some of those balance moves ๐Ÿ™‚
