    This is the first one of your walking work-outs I’ve tried and I really liked it. I just ordered the dvd’s that were on sale at Amazon this week-end which include walking workouts, so I thought I should try one on your website in preparation. My Bible study group works out each week before we have our meeting, and I’m one of the leaders, so I’ve been looking for workouts that I thought all the ladies could do. We’re a “mature” group, with varying fitness levels and not a few joint replacements. I’m looking forward to using your dvd’s in the workout rotations. I’ve already been using some of your other moves in workouts that I’ve led, which has induced groans and moans, but also appreciation. I’ve been telling them all about your website, and I noticed some of them actually wrote down the address last time. Thanks so much for making me sweat every day! I’m starting to notice subtle changes in my body and I’m feeling great!

    I’m here! Still working out with 15 minute workouts from our first challenge of 2015 to just my favorites, like this one that just get me going. Also still doing the new DVDs – they are so great & I got my mom and friends into them, too! Thanks so much for all you do. So excited to be heading to Miami next week for a vacation with my husband… I hope the weather is as beautiful as it shows in your workouts!     good morning from Egypt this my first time to write but i work out with you every day for almost a year i’m a mother of two and too busy to find time for my self my baby girl is 18 month old but i lost 30k i feel a live i feel soooooo happy still want lose 5 more kilos but i had to thank you jessica you always kept me coming back for another day for another work out you were always there …even when i didn’t want to move you share a dance with me thank you again keep bushing..god bless you.

    This is one of the best workout i have done. There was no pressure to do it just like you. i was able to go at my own pace and have fun. I normally don’t ever smile while i am working out, but i caught myself a few times smiling. It was a nice change to all the other works out i have tried. I will keep this one on my rotation.

    Hi there. Checking to say for the May 2014 30 Day Challenge Day 2 I did a 5 mile speed walk on Thursday May 1st in lieu of this one. I just love walking on the beach by my house. The sun and the waves. It’s such a stress melter. Thanks Jessica. I love your challenges. They really motivate me and get me out of those ruts.

    Hi Jessica. I just completed day one of the 4 week challenge. I was doing a cleanse and unable to exercise for the first 9 days. So here I am, ready, able and willing! I missed your workouts the past nine days! I missed Peanut too. Tonight’s workout was great and I’ll be back for more tomorrow!

    Happy New Year! I am very excited for this 4 week challenge! As I looked ahead, I saw the last and final workout requires a fusion band. I do not own one, so does anyone know what can be used in place of it? Weights?

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this workout! I completely appreciate being able to adjust my level through out the workout. I don’t know why, but I’ve been SO tired this week. I have just been able to start the 4 week challenge tonight. I look forward to doing a couple of the shorter ones in one day to catch up.     Today is day 5 for everyone else (Thur. Jan 10) but day one for me. I have been looking forward to this since I heard about it in December, but I was sidelined by chest congestion, after not being able to work out during the Holidays. Jessica thank you so much for the constant reminders to listen to your body, it relieved any guilt I may have had for easing back into a routine. I had to modify more than I wanted to, no upper body movement and returning to walking, but less than I thought I would have too. I was hoping I would be feeling well enough to join in this week so I could maybe catch up, best wishes everyone!

    Backtracking to make sure I’ve checked in on everything this week. Loved day 1. There’s something magical about the fairy dust Jessica sprinkles on the workouts that make me feel like I’ve spent my workout time well and have energy left for my day. I’m never sorry I’ve showed up for “class”.

    I also checked in on the youtube page last night. oops! ๐Ÿ™‚ I did this workout (Day 1 Monday) and ;workout (Day 2) on Wednesday evening (I’ll check in there as well). I’ve been sick and then my internet service went down (UGH!) I won’t have internet service until tomorrow (Friday) but I am using “hot spot” on my phone to connect my laptop to get on youtube! I expect to be all caught up by the weekend! Anyway, I really liked this walking interval workout! I did not work out over the holidays ๐Ÿ™ and this workout was the perfect intensity to get back into it. I felt it in my hip flexors! Thank you so much Jessica!

    I feel so silly! I have overlooked walking workouts in the past because I figured they would not be as effective as kickboxing or H.I.I.T. but boy was I wrong! I am as red as a tomato and sweating! You rock Jessica! I admire and appreciate your enthusiasm and encouragement so much! For all you pear shapes out there who are really working on your buns, thighs, hips and abs like me, I have been doing Jessica’s “Brazilian Butt Lift: Full Length 12-Minute Butt Lift Workout” as well as the “Ab Workout: 5 Minute Abs” and “Jessica Smith’s Flat Abs Fast” videos at the end of my workout routines if I am still feeling energized! #SweatingwithSmith

    Just finished the workout. It was fun, and my little 4 year old daughter tried it, but it was a bit too complicated for her. Excited to start this adventure, I fell off my workout right after Thanksgiving and traveling for the holidays didn’t help either. (Copied over from day 1’s workout)

    Have been doing your work outs 5 days a week for the past 4 weeks anyway, plus I do an hour of cardio with the workout. I really love all the different choices. I wanted to start the 4 week challenge because I love all of your workouts. Day one was a little easy for me since I have been so active so I added the “build a better backside” and “10 minute full body” to the first day walking workout. Can’t wait to see the results at the end of the challenge!

    Did this workout yesterday, but couldn’t sign in because my computer was shutting down on me, but I did it! And according to my fitness pal, I burned about 200 calories. I jogged the walking portions ( I weigh around 150-160 pounds and am 5 foot 7) does that seem off?

    Day 1 done.

    I love your workouts and have been doing them for about 1.5 weeks now. They are not easy but challenging enough. I found your site through Sparkpeople.com.

    I find it weird but I love your videos also due to Peanut being in them. I’m a dog lover as well and my dogs are about and get in the way sometimes when I am working out :).

    I also love that you wear regular clothes when working out. We know you have a rocking body but I like that you aren’t obnoxious with it and don’t wear midriff bearing tops nor booty shorts. I find it less intimidating to keep on doing your videos.

    Looking forward to completing this challenge and other videos. Thank you for everything ๐Ÿ™‚

    Completed one day late. It’s below freezing where I live and I usually walk the dog every day so this was awesome because I don’t really want to go outside (I don’t think my dog wants to go outside either and she is a cold weather creature!). Thanks for the awesome workout!

    Hi from Northern Ohio! So nice to workout with Jessica and a view of lush greenery instead of the blustery winds and blowing snow outside MY window! Just finished day one of the 28 day challenge. I’m mostly recovered from a bad cold/flu, so I took it a bit easy today. Thank you Jessica for another great walking workout! I loved the latin music in the background and watching Peanut sleep through the whole workout! LOL! ๏ปฟ

    I’ve completed the first unit and as I’m totally untrained and my leg-arm-coordination isn’t very good (nicely said), I am quite exhausted. But if I do not start with anything, nothing will change, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰ However, I must admit that I’m a little bit afraid of the remaining 27 units, especially of the HIITs … I’m not sure if I can do that… :-/

Check out our “Beginner” workouts and feel free to do any of them anytime (just check in on the day’s assigned workout with us so we know you did it!) ๐Ÿ™‚

    First time I’ve ever done an indoor walking workout and today was a perfect day to try one since it was -25 degrees with a windchill of -40 when I did the workout at 10 am this morning. Super pumped about the program. Can’t wait until tomorrow. Thanks, Jessica

    Day 1 of the challenge completed this morning but I didn’t have time to leave comment then. I can only get exercise done in the morning it seems so it is always a time crunch ๐Ÿ™ But a good start to the day ๐Ÿ™‚ Even tho I have been doing some of JS DVDs and some JSTV for a few months I am planning on using this challenge to drop some weight. How many of you out there are post-menopausal and having a hard time losing weight or is only me?!

    Thought this workout was too easy for advanced exercisers and not sure I would get much out of this…until Jessica started doing side lunges like it was nothing and telling us to move as fast as we could and to keep going…with that perky smile on her face. WOWZER! Found myself sweating and turning the heat off in the house. Kept me engaged and the rest of the time flew by. Thanks!

    Did the first workout with my awesome, supportive sister who just happens to be my best friend. Yesterday, we decided to do DANCE WALK as a prelude to Day 1’s workout. We loved the jazzy moves in the workout and the freedom to get funky ๐Ÿ™‚

    The POWER INTERVAL WALK was the perfect start to this series because I worked up a sweat but wasn’t worn out. I appreciated your comment that the goal was to feel energized from the workout, not drained and depleted. I was, however, looking for more of the moves that require you to think about coordinating your upper and lower body. Overall, I enjoyed this workout and the time really flew by because of your conversational style. Thanks, Jessica!

    Woow, that looked so easy when I was watching it yesterday .. But I am sweating a lot. Great workout though! just a quick question, having a lot of pain in my instep specially when I stand up or wake up. Any advice on strengthening that part of foot? Thx

    This Power Interval Walk was the perfect way to re-start my workout regime after recovering from a recent bout with the flu. Got a good sweat but it was gentle enough so that I wasn’t exhausted afterwards, just anticipating tomorrow’s workout.

    Check in for Day 1. Jessica, I thought you had a challenge with trying to avoid stepping on Peanut while you workout but I have 2 kittens chasing each other around while I was working out. It made the workout a little more challenging for me. Awesome workout by the way!!

    WOW! Greetings from British Columbia in Canada! What a great way to start out! I usually find it so hard to even get out of bed some days, Jessica, because of health issues. I suffer from massive migraines, bad neck, shoulder and back pain (whiplash injuries X 2) as well as ulcers, acid reflux, stomach & digestive issues, insomnia, and IBS because of prescription meds. But, I am determined to complete your 4-Week Weight Loss Challenge because you are so very motivating, Jessica! Thank you so very much for this. I got through the workout without even stopping, but I was ready to sit on the couch when I was done, BUT after finishing the cool down and the stretch I felt so good, I did the cool down and the stretch a second time. It made my muscles sing! Peanut is just too cute! He did change positions a couple of times, though! So, he moved a little. I am doing this for my HEALTH as well as for Weight Loss! Wish me luck as I plan to hang in there with all of you from all over the world for the whole 4 weeks. Thanks and keep up the great work everyone! XO

    Yay…finally able to leave a comment. Loved this workout. According to my heart rate monitor, it burned nearly as many calories (for me) as T25 Beta Rip’t Circuit. (This is my last week of T25 Beta cycle so I am trying to do both this week. And then maybe wait to do the Gamma cycle until after this 4 week challenge.) Congrats to all who did today’s workout.

    Day 1 Done – Impressed I could do it. Only had to stop 2x because of some pain (when I hop or feet leave the ground, it hurts – like a squeezing/wincing pain – the outside and the soft area on the bottom of my feet), so I just keep it low or stay on the ground and that helps. It’s always been like that – skiing, ice skating, roller skating – I always thought it was the boots, but it’s probably my feet! Anyway, see you tomorrow!

    Almost forgot to check in here! I loved this walk. I had streaming issues with Roku and tried my husbands’ lap top but couldn’t figure out how to turn up the speakers. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I got my little Kindle out and put it in front of the TV. I figure that’s 2 gold stars for me. One for the workout, one for perseverance. ๐Ÿ˜€

    Thanks for setting up this challenge, Jessica! I’ve come across your videos recently and I had to join! I started with the power walk yesterday because I couldn’t wait hehe. I loved it.     I finished it in the morning, it was great, just the kind I needed today, but I am a litlle bit surprised, since you have written that you had used only 100 calories..I thought it would be at least 200.. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I got up early as I prefer working out in the morning – do any of you have any thoughts about whether to eat or not beforehand?

    This morning I had half a banana and waited half an hour but I wasn’t sure whether that’s the best way to go!

    I have never done a ‘walking workout’ video before. As a runner, I was thinking this would be dull. NOT AT ALL!     Hi Jessica, it’s Alison from Australia! It’s Monday Challenge day 1 already here and I just completed this new power interval walk, and also added the new Stability Ball Abs 13-Min routine. My fitbit said I actually burnt 200 calories and walked over 3000 steps doing the power walk routine so it is interesting to see your stats! I feel energised and ready to take on the rest of Monday now! See you tomorrow for the Flat Abs Total Body Workout! ๐Ÿ™‚

    I did this today too. 1 day early. is this where we check in for the challenge? last time, I did all my check-ins on the you tube page and it seems a lot of other people were doing the same. anyway, great workout. loved it.
