    Great workout, I am indeed a sweaty mess ;). Wanted to stop after 10 minutes, but I am glad I stuck with it, you feel so great after a good workout and even better after you take a shower ;).

    Could you do more met con videos please? This is one of the best ones – top on my favourite list! I try not to do this high intensity one too often, but every time I do I get so excited to complete it!!! Love it!

    Love your metabolic workouts. Very efficient and I like doing cardio and weights in the same routine, especially when I’m short on time. More of these workouts, pretty please. ☺️

    So shaky today. The pulsing gets me every time. I had to modify some because it was too painful on my back. 9 months later and I feel like I had a blood patch yesterday. But I’ll get there.

    Did this 2x- one without any dumbells then the next right after purchasing a set of dumbells…good job! Was the push I needed to finally have my own dumbells at home πŸ™‚

    I loved that excersise when I did on monday I was feeling very heavy, it was a real workout for me.

    Whew! That one was a challenge! I loved being pushed to the limit though! I nearlyquite or got sloppy several times during the video, but then once I have finished stretching I felt so energized and pumped! Sweat a lot and got rejuvenated for the rest of the week!     After Saturday’s session, I couldn’t believe I wasn’t more sore Sunday and welcomed the restore session… However, I felt every muscle in my arms and legs with this one !!! Saturday’s burn caught up with me on this one. Thanks!!!

    That was the first one where there were things I just couldn’t do at all (eg press-up down to the floor and elbow planks/pikes) but I did my best. Definitely the hardest I’ve tried so far.

    Didn’t have internet connection yesterday so I had to improvise with my workouts haha, went for a run and did some weight lifting at home. Hope that counts as day 8 done! πŸ™‚

I was dying through it but then again I was strong through it so it was half wanting to die and half true excitement from seeing me getting stronger!     This reminded me why strength is my least favorite part but no pain, no gain right? You gotta do what’s necessary and the last part was a good kind of tough. I do need a pair of heavier dumbbells because the pair I have right now are just too light for me.

    GREAT workout!!! I had a lil trouble on the end where we were in plank on the elbows, then lifted up & brought the knee in…. I modified it as best I could & tried to keep moving. Love LOVE your workouts! Soooo Super glad I found them!!! U ROCK Jessica! :-))))

    Couldn’t do this one since there are no verbal cues, unless I didn’t listen long enough! Intended to do the High Step Circuit in its place, but didn’t feel well, so did the power walk instead! I’ll try the High Step tomorrow since the power walk is on the schedule! Wish I could try this one since everyone is calling it intense!

    Just got back from being out of state for the weekend….completed Day 1 or Week 2. 340 calories. Even was able to use the BOSU for the mountain climbers and chest presses!

    Hi, Jessica I did not do this one today, I am still so sore from the resistance band
    workout Saturday. I did not want to over do it & set myself back further, so
    I did the Disco 70s Dance Walk today. I will try my
    Best to make this one up before the challenge is over. Possibly even
    this week. Sorry. πŸ™

    OMG! now that’s a way to start your week off. The sweat was starting to drip into my eyes, but that’s when I know I’m chiseling some definition. I really liked the analogy for zipping up your core. It helped me to get the most out of that exercise. Now it’s time to get in the shower!

    This was fantastic, and another I hope you’ll do more like! This kept my hr up, and the exercises for unique and new. It kept both my mind and body challenged. I love mixing a cardio effect with my weights. Also, the music was great on this one!

    WOW! This was a real “Sweat Fest”! I didn’t feel like working out and I wasn’t sure if I should as I had Botox injections in my head, neck and shoulder areas for my migraine headaches and neck and shoulder injuries today, but after a little self-motivational moment, I told myself I wasn’t going to give up on this 4-week Challenge after only one week, so I DID IT! I found it a little hard on my knees, but I made it through with a few modifications. I love how Peanut slept through the whole workout! He is too funny! Thanks again, Jessica for a stupendous workout! You also motivate me to the max and keep me going!

    Week 2 day one done!
    I am not feeling very good today, but I decided to push myself to do this one today, and I ended up puking (a lot) right before the backbend part. I cleaned my throw up up, washed myself up, swirled my mouth with water, and completed the rest of the workout. I still feel crappy, and like I might pass out, but I did my best with this workout because I am determined to complete this all without any more modifications… Ick, I hope I will feel a bit better tomorrow so that I can do the power walk scheduled…….

    Day 8 done! Really hard workout. The first circle of exercises made me feel pain in my knees but the next 2 circles didn’t. My inner thighs and arms were on fire. I am exhausted but also full of energy(sounds strange but It’s true).

    I felt great once I finished. There was a couple times when I wanted to stop but I kept going and am so glad I did. Day 8 complete. I’m so glad I’m making exercise a regular part of my routine now. I’m feeling good and it’s giving me more confidence.

    Day 8, Done! I thought I was going to die, watching this video yesterday. It was moderate, and I’m sure I’ll feel it later. I absolutely could not do the push up/half plank exercise. I tried twice, and for some reason, my neck (that has severe, operable potential arthritis), hurt! So, I didn’t do that one. Great exercise though!

    Oh Jessica, this workout is just devilish but it remains one of my favourite. I sweat by all the pores of my skin but it is great. I don’t know how many calories I burned but it is sure I burned not bad! Change nothing and continue ton enchant us with your program. This week 2 challenge looks very interesting. Thank you.

    I started off with “I don’t feel like doing this,” then progressed to “I got this,” and finally “Yes! My workout is finished!” No matter how reluctant or lazy I’m feeling when I start out, by the time I finish my body reminds me why I need this. When I make time to exercise and focus on me everything else runs a little bit smoother! Thanks Jessica! So glad I discovered your workouts.

    Got it! I was really glad that I could notice that I’m stronger than last time I did this workout. I used 2 and 5 lb weights, and got through it with no problems. Time to graduate up to larger weights, I guess.

    This workout was hard! The level is intermediate-advanced which is way beyond my beginner level! I modified as much as I could and for exercises that I couldn’t modify, I walked/jogged in place. Mountain climbers and the plank/pike/knee-in exercise are way beyond my level. I completed the workout, but I probably modified more than half of the exercises….hopefully tomorrow’s workout will be more do-able for me. Day 8 done.

    All I have to say is Holy Cow! I haven’t worked this hard in years. I seriously did not think I was going to make it through, but I did.     My upper arms and shoulders were still feeling the effects of last week’s workouts. So I was a little grumpy to start. (my alarms cats, who went back to bed after they got me up, didn’t help either.) However, I was able to get through the workout with my heavier weights. I just kept thinking the long term benefits exceed the short term grumbles.

    Challenge Day 8: Powerful start into the new week. This time I actually found the elbow plank with the side climbers to be more challenging than the regular mountain climbers (where I still cannot pick up the speed). I modified the side climbers by stepping them, but anyway I did some great work and I am a sweaty mess right now like you predicted πŸ˜€

    WEEK 2, Day1 completed!!! This was one of the strenuous of the workouts. I feel great. I am sweating a whole lot. I wish my knees was in better shape to do more front and back lunges. Thanks for showing us the modified version of the mountain climbers. I was able to get through them this time. My planks are also getting better. THAT’S PROGRESS!!!!

    Brilliant work out and SWEATY! Really enjoyed this – a great energizer for the week. I had to finish off with the Stretch Flexibility Routine as still pretty tight from last week πŸ˜‰

    I found this one, so hard, but stuck with it. I worked at my own pace and did not try to match Jessica move for move. Exercise is completely new to me so Jessica’s challenge is fun, but definitely is HARD work. Will stick with it and I know I will improve each day πŸ™‚ Thanks Jessica and Peanut

    Hi Team! I wish everybody a great start of Week 2 of the WLWO Challenge! I did the MetCon Wo first thing in the morning and it feels SO great! This routine is perfect. I did full push-ups and used my stability ball for the first move of the last set (the chest press). …Sweating πŸ™‚ Day 8 done!

    I really enjoyed this one. It was tough but doable. I can’t wait to do it again now that I know what’s its like and what moves are involved. I was a sweaty mess and I felt great afterwards.

    Week 2 in Australia! So excited doing this one Jessica! It is one of my favourites of yours! It was you who made me discover I loved weights routines so I’m sure many others will too. 150 calories burnt according to my fitbit and I’m a sweaty mess too right now! Being on the rest of this week! It’s full of many of my favourites!!! πŸ™‚

    Did this one a day early bc I have an event for work and man was this intense. I didnt have weights so I used water bottles. It still had the same intensity. Not a fan of cardio but I was able to get through it. πŸ™‚
