    This is a very GOOD workout…even though its 5minutes you can definitely feel the burn afterwards….

    This is a great workout. I tend to strain with my neck while doing abs on the floor. I really enjoy your workouts and find myself doing one just cause it is fun! And for me, that is almost a miracle. 🙂
