60-Minute H.I.T.T. Mash Up

Ready to work hard? Then join certified instructor Jessica Smith for this 60-minute HIIT Mash Up class that combines a little bit of kickboxing, sculpting, pilates, gliding and toning together for a whole lot of fat burning fun!

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Equipment: Dumbbells (5-20 lbs, depending on level), mat, 2 gliding discs OR 2 paper plates (recommended for carpet), 2 towels (for hard surface flooring).

Intensity: Moderate/High

    pretty tough indeed!! I made it through 9/10 of it, couldn’t quite get my legs to use the towel/paper plate, from plank position, but I gave it a good shot.

    This one brought me to tears… because i did it! It was tough!! But I pushed on ! The floor work with the towels was very difficult. Is there a way to modify?

      This one may just be a little too much for right now.. feel free to sub out any workouts at anytime! Try any of our other strength and cardio routines – you can use the related videos list on the description page for ideas πŸ™‚

    HAAAAAARD!!! I have only done this workout 4 times. It is REALLY hard! Peanut is actually engaged in this one. πŸ™‚ Normally, she doesn’t care at all. Thank you.

    I’m back.. done this today as I worked yesterday, will double workout tom.. very tough but done with a bit of skips here and there..out of breath and to grab H20. Amazing workout! Tyvm Jessica, Peanut was so cute.. πŸ™‚

    THIS WAS INTENSCE. This is my first time doing this. I made it through the whole thing. Of course there was moves I couldn’t do but at the same time there moves I could do. There’s is always room for improvement. Thanks Jessica, πŸ™‚

    This was a tough one. I was able to get through the whole thing but I was a hot mess at the end! What was great, though, was every time I thought I would have to give up, you changed the moves up so I was always able to keep going. Great job! Thanks

    The challenge for me was more of the length than the intensity. After the 40min mark, the floor work felt easier. The hardest one for the whole week is done.

    OMG this was a killer for me. Sweating everywhere. My hair needs a good wash now (only did it this morning). Nevertheless it was amazing. Great achievement to make it to the end. Xxx

    I had to do this in sections as the fire alarms in the house all started blaring (pause 1 in the workout) and had to get a fireman to check everything (pause 2). I made it through the entire thing without much of a problem but I’m guessing it’s because I stopped a few times! The 4 week challenge REALLY helped my cardio, though, as a month ago there was no way I could do jumping jacks without keeling over. Sweaty mess but thanks again Jessica! πŸ™‚

    Who are those people who request more High Intensity Workouts? I want to give them a right ‘talking to’ (lol). I did this H.I.I.T. workout this morning and man, this. was. TOUGH! I’d been avoiding this workout when yesterday I saw it on the schedule and decided to finally stop avoiding it and take on the challenge. It was that and more but I’m proud of myself for stepping up to the challenge and getting through it.

    WOW was that hard!!!!!!!!!! but I made it through, VERY proud of myself:) LOVE Peanuts distractions, I have 2 puppies that do that PLUS 3 kids HAHAHHA

    Had to do this yesterday afternoon because I had an early morning meeting this morning and I wasn’t sure I would have an hour to workout. I loved it! So much variety in one workout. I found the rag moves and tough and my had my lower body screaming at me.
