    Love the ballet inspired workouts…completed 99% of it using 5lb dumbbells…put them down for about 1% of the workouts…here is to working up to 100% using 5lb weights. 🙂

    I love this workout Jessica, so graceful but you can feel it afterwards. I did the spicy dance workout you did with your Mom yesterday. That has got to be my favorite. Your Mom is awesome , please do more workouts with her. 🙂

    I loved this workout! It reminded me of Skinny Sculpt by Ellen Barrett but with different moves, same style- barefoot with ballet & weights. I love your ability to do these different kinds of workouts and especially that there is a section for barefoot workouts! THANKS!
