I did this work-out after the chair yoga fit in 15 exercise. It was perfect! Thanks for all the great information and advice.

Howdy! I have been a member since this summer and this is my 1st comment.I am kinda social media shy…I do have to tell you how great it is to have somewhere to go to view workouts like this for areas of the body that may be a little on the broken side.I have many parts that were left kinda gimpy due to a 19 year “workout” at a package delivery company that shall remain nameless…(It starts with an F and it ends with an X.Hmmm….) You are truly a blessing.

Loved this workout! Thanks for thinking of problem areas for many of us, like that time of month, sore knees and sore lower backs! Those “walking bridges” didn’t seem like they should be so tough, but they were! Thanks for introducing me to some new abs moves! I can always count on you!
