    OK, after having 5 kids, I have stomach muscle separation. Between 2 and 3 finger width. My youngest is 3. Im in decent shape, I run marathons, hike do some strength training, mostly yours, I love your workouts. Anyway what workout do you have for Dissidents recti ? I pretty much just ignore all ab workouts and I can tell that my lower back is starting to hurt and I’m just so weak in my stomach area. I’m ready to do something but I don’t want to waste my time figuring out the best plan. I have faith in you based on your other workouts. Help me out and name a workout for this problem. 😀

    Wanted to say to Ruth Hill how much I agree!! I’ve done this before, but did it today as part of the Fit in 15 Challenge! Happy to say that the marching bridges were a lot easier this time! I already feel this in my abs and love that feeling!

    Perfect gentle exercise. Anyone can train fit people, but it takes real skill to train us injured/in pain exercisers.
