    Hey Jessica!!

    Wish I had discovered you before my wedding. would’ve helped me get in shape for the outfit. Anyways it is never to late. Love your workouts, they challenge me. I used to go running and do yoga and thought I was good with my stamina. But your workouts have taken it to another level. kudos!! ๐Ÿ˜€

    If I do this work out once per week, will it ever stop making me SO sore in the following day or two? I’ve just done it again (last night) for the 3rd Wednesday in a row and I have the feeling I’m going to be really sore again! My booty is sure getting a great work out! But do I need to start doing this twice a week to get strong enough not to feel the pain the next day? Thanks

    oOOh boy. I totally cheated on this one. Guess I’m not as advanced as I thought. But my heart monitor did say I was working at 75% of my THR, so I guess I still got a good cardio in. ๐Ÿ™‚

    LOVED this workout. I still have to modify some moves for our downstairs neighbors but the workout is amazing. I would like to think I’m getting stronger and able to do harder moves for longer. I’m feeling like I need to concentrate on increasing my levels.

    I finally got this one done. I found it easier (a little easier) than the yoga. I guess I’m getting more energy from these workouts than I thought. I find it hard doing the static yoga, I guess I’ve got to learn a little patience and chill. Thanks Jessica.

    Done this one, too. Now I know why I was afraid of the HIIT workouts. During the training I was almost a bit nauseous. :-/ Seems to my that I’m not ready for this sort of workout…

    I did the lower impact version of most and am still a sweaty mess! Sassy gave me lots of kisses to congratulate me on my hard work…. Well, maybe she just liked the taste of my sweaty sweat, but I still got loads of puppy kisses for a job well done! Was able to follow this one with no problems. Thanks!     Day 16 Done! High Five & High Ten to all of you hard working HIIT Cardio & Core people who joined Jessica and Peanut today! Great work and workout, Jessica and Peanut! I wish I could have kept in (slept in) Peanut’s Zen today. I sure felt like it. Not motivated at all today, but I started and got through the workout using a step and using high intensity (total shock to myself – I kept up!) Two weeks ago, this would not have been possible! I haven’t missed a workout once since this challenge started! You keep me so motivated! Thanks to you, Jessica!

    Completed. I love this one! I’ve done it before. I did the burpees and mountain climbers on a chair. It was challenging, but I think next time I’ll use my step. Lower but not to the floor.

    I’ve done this HIIT Cardio & Core workout once before–it was tough then, and it was tough today!
    I think I was feeling the effects of doubling workouts yesterday but it’s amazing what you can accomplish when you keep talking yourself into it (I just kept telling myself that when I get to the half-way mark there wouldn’t be much more left, then when I got to 20 minutes, I told myself ‘okay, only 10 more minutes’ and I was so happy when I got to the last exercise!).
    My body practically shouted hallelujah when I got to the Cool Down.
    It’s still morning and already I’m thinking “I’m soo going to bed early tonight!”
    High ten to everyone doing this workout today ๐Ÿ™‚

    Day 17 done! Wasn’t feeling too much today. Being Wednesday and all. But I have to say that I was finally able to do squat jumping thingys! So happy! Does anyone know how many cal you burn on this one??

    I was doing great on this one. It’s my second time to do this. Once we got to the plank type movements, it was a struggle to the end. Glad it’s over. Whew!

    The last set kills me!! I feel like cant stretch my leg out nearly far enough when doing the jumping lunges. Something to work toward!!!

    Really love the alternating cardio and standing abs!! This one goes by sooo fast. Even love the reverse warm up as a cool down. Home run on this one Jessica and Peanut!

    Loved this one, been missing the high intensity a bit this week. Was sweating up a storm. Those jumping lunges are not my favourites…. haha, and I could really feel it in my arms in the last spider man climb, but got through and feeling great :).

    I don’t mind that I have to do the low impact versions of exercises and this workout kicks my behind. I look forward to working my way up to the full impact versions. I must be killing some calories doing this. I’m sweating like I’m still working out.

    Challenge Day 17: I had to pause the video after each round to take sip of water, but I made it through without modifications for the first time, although I did jump a little slower those split lunges and did not go up to full tempo…

    Day 17 sweated through. ๐Ÿ™‚ Brilliant workout which challenged me. I had to laugh that I struggled most with keeping my arms up in the air opposed to the rest of the exercises. lol Thank you Jessica for keeping all of us sweating and moving. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Had to substitute today, I can’t jump on my neighbour’s head at 6 in the morning. Did 2 10 min wo: strong standing abs and the summer legs shapers. Maybe I’ll do some more in the evening.

    this is one of your hardest ones, IMO. I think this was the 4th time through it for me. always a big challenge! did it one day early because I need the yoga for flat abs tomorrow (better for my schedule).

    Day 16. I’m doing this today and then I will do the Yoga Abs tomorrow. Well I was super sweaty by the time I was done! Great workout though, really appreciate the lower impact version too. I tried doing the higher impact first and then when I didn’t seem like I could do it I changed to the lower impact version.

    I had to sub this for the 40 minute flat abs walk since my calves still haven’t recovered from indoor jogging and I needed something less intense. I was sweating, though, and really felt my abs working even though it wasn’t high intensity! Thanks Jessica and Peanut! ๐Ÿ™‚
