    sometimes when you are doing the reps the same reps are not iicual on the both sides.

    My neck has started to ‘crick’ and some discomfort for the last exercise in this work out. Do you have any suggestions about how I can avoid straining my neck? I’ve tried to push down shoulder of supporting arm but not sure if it’s something else.

    This is got to be one ofthe best short lower body workouts ever. Really gets the blood pumping and my legs burn the next day. Love it.
