WHAT IS JESSICASMITHTV?

JESSICASMITHTV is your 24/7 workout TV station! Join me (and Peanut too) anytime, anywhere for a workout. YouTube has  tons of fitness options, but you don’t always know what you are going to get once you find a video (or what to do with it!). With JESSICASMITHTV you are not only working out with a certified trainer, instructor and wellness coach,  you are also working out with a friend. And rest assured, all of our videos are all family friendly – no skimpy outfits or racy language here!

As someone who has lost 40 lbs. (give or take those last 10!) my mission is to make moving FUN! Through the magic of YouTube, I invite you into my home to workout WITH me (that’s right, I do the full workout too, sweating along with you every step of the way.) Videos are shot live so it’s just you and me training together (though chances are my puppy Peanut will make an appearance at some point).

    I’m so glad I found this site! I have done several of your workouts and have enjoyed them all. Family friendly and encouraging is just what I need. Thank you for providing this!

    Thank you so much for helping me feel comfortable and happy (most of the time) with my body. Every workout you offer is fun and I enjoy doing (even the really hard and sweaty ones). Thank you for inviting me in to your home (and your moms) and help keeping me motivated. Your exercises are the first thing I do in the morning and even while on holiday. I honestly can’t thank you enough for all of the time you give to help keep me motivated and moving. Like Peanut, my Pipin (pug x) is always on site to help supervise to make sure my form is correct. Pipin and I look forward to our morning routine. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! (You are very much appreciated!!!) 🙂
