I have already started walking for 50 minutes from today after a severe road accident in which my right thighbone was broken.
A steel plate is fixed permanently.
Before this accident I have used to walk 10000 steps per day.
As I have started only from now I will gradually increase my per day walking steps to reach my target of 10000 steps per day.
