I would like to know what would be the best type of training at the gym that would benefit my body type. I am a pear shape. Defined small waist, strong legs and lower body. Carry a little bit of weight on legs. hips and but, Would like to tone and slim down. What type of exercises would you recommend for me, Thank you.
